This project was born out of the desire to create a home with double personality, protected on three of its facades while at the same time, fluid and open to the depth of the golf course and the views of the Mediterranean.


VERSATILE
Apart from generating the entrance hall, the interior patio gives organisation to the different rooms and connects them visually, filling them with light and natural ventilation. Both water features complement this space, making the entrance to the home a pleasant route.

SPACIOUS PORCHES
The design of this home is based on the movement generated by a large volume on the upper floor, flying out above the space below, giving rise to sheltered porches where you can enjoy open-air life.

SPACIAL FLUIDITY
The interior of the home is designed as a fluid and continuous space. This sensation is amplified thanks to the transparency of its facade, blurring the boundaries of the home.

GOURMET KITCHEN

To fulfil our commitment to the environment, we have worked from an intelligent design, applying the highest quality standards as well as using the most efficient technology available. This results in a home which boasts the highest energy rating available: A.
With this in mind, we have included vast porches and lateral overhangs which, helped by shutters and Venetian blinds in all spaces exposed to the sun, protect the home during summer, and allow us to modulate the radiation during winter. Interior patios allow for a natural cross ventilation, providing a pleasant breeze throughout the whole year.
The savings made as a result of the low energy needed for acclimatising the home is achieved through the optimal thermal insulation of the enclosure, the use of double glazing with air chamber and low emissivity, exterior windows and doors with thermal bridge breakage, the use of thermal floors and the use of high-performance heat pumps. To further provide heating, the home is equipped with bioethanol fireplaces in the most frequently used rooms on the lower floor.
Finally, the use of LED lighting, installation of highly efficient household appliances and photovoltaic energy, all help to reduce the electricity consumption of the home. This greatly reduces its impact on the environment, leading to a greater sense of satisfaction and financial savings for the owners.
